What not even bare foot walking Fred? Actually I just sat on my bum for most of the day, although I did walk by the river for a while, but it was mainly for meditational purposes. I watched the horses for a while and tried to figure out if the tide was coming in or out. (it was coming in)., then counted the swans, then came home.

Hi Pob, good to do nothing! i think that doing nothing sometimes, like 1 day per week for example, is very good. I mean without moving. Just a little bit! in fact, i couldn't move because of a stiff neck. the first of my life!!! it is for my 29 years i suppose... Today, as usual, a walk of about 1 hour to the beach, of course barefoot, otherwise, the world would be too monotonous! What is Krav Maga, Vaiovegan?

Its Israeli combat training. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krav_MagaThis is the American site, looks better. www.kravmaga.com/krav01.htmlThis is the British site www.krav-maga.org.uk/It's the best self defence training you could ever learn. I would recomend everyone take it up.

This is for yesterday: I ran around in the park yesterday with a three year old for at least an hour. I did 16 lbs. baby push ups for 2 periods of half an hour. I also walked for a big part of the day.... Not an exercise regime, per say, although it is fairly regular!
