45 mins mixture of running and walking in a lovely country park with bunnies and hills....... including cute baby bunnies..... Awwww will have to take piccies next time to show you all.

I am a secret vampire........... Finished my nights now and the first night I get a chance to sleep in my nice cosy bed, am so used to being awake now, got v little kip.
Am vewwee tired now, but off to my mums, then work. ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Think I overdid it last week with the running as have felt a bit run down this week after my week of nights, so did an hours walk yesterday and an hours walk the day before. Will start my running again in a few days.

On Monday I did an hour and a half at the gym. 1 hr cv and half an hour shoulders/back/stomach. Wednesday I did half an hour stepping and ten minute rowing. Today I walked from Rayleigh back to the village which is 4 and a half miles. Im off to Harlow tomorrow, but hopefully will do something physical in the evening

Two hours of badminton tonight.
How much of that I spend on court depends how many people are there. Last wekk I was on for about 2/3 the time. It's a good workout, especially when it is warm.

I haven't played badminton for ages. Used to love it.
An hours walk this afternoon with the doggies and 45 mins walk and football with the dogs just now also.

An hours walk early this morning with the dogs, then this afternoon a couple of hours over at the moor with the dogs walking and playing football with them. Off out again in a bit to give them their final walk of the day.
Having the dogs back is certainly keeping me fitter than ever before!

I went to 3 different garden centres today, I think it can be considered exercise when you trail a full grown man behind you ;D

I went for a 5 mile jog with the dogs. Seems like 50 in this hot weather and a little harder because I had to take more water for us all.
