Went to the gym and did an hour there yesterday:
20 mins treadmill 20 mins bike 10 mins skywalker 100 sit ups Stretches
Oh, and dog walking as per usual!
Off to decorate my mum's new flat today as my parents have just split up, so that counts as my exercise, then will try and summon up the energy to go to karate as I have been trying to get the time to go to!

How do people find time to do exercise every day? I suppose you have to FIND and MAKE time. I cant stand exercise. Its boring when I'm doing it and makes me feel tired and wobbly after. I like the idea of it but the reality is very different I fear
