I've had a rough few days. Had a cold which on its own probably wasn't a particularly bad one but when you a male suffering from depression you have two multiplication factors. I felt like I was at death's door. And my sleep problems have returned, am beginning to think these are cyclical. I'm sure I've read that not everybody's body clock is 24 hours and I'm convinced mine is longer. Think it makes my day gradually slip round the normal clock and there's nothing to stop it cos I haven't got a routine. Because of this I've not got round to renewing my prescription so have been without meds for a couple of days. This in turn is making me even less motivated and hopefully won't descend into a vicious circle. I am determined to sort this one out tomorrow though. Finally, for same reasons I still haven't got round to doing any Xmas shopping. And its cold. Its not going that well...

((((((veggie))))) You have my empathy veggie, I know how hard it is to get motivated when you feel like pants. I find that giving myself a little push when able along giving myself times to just relax/do nothing/sleep (what ever you feel you need) gives me a bit of much needed balance. Sometimes, if you really feel like doing nothing, then that what can be exactly what you need for a lil while to get your head showered. But sort out your tablets in the morning or I'll kick your f*cking arse

Poor old Sosage We are supposed to be exchanging contracts on my old house next week and the buyers solicitor has just "found out" we dont have planning permission for the extension on the back of the house..... (I say "found out". Its news to us as well. We didnt erect the f*cking thing and our solicitors never found it out when we bought the place). This so called "sale" has been going on since June. I. am. never. moving. house. again. *Urge to kill buyer rising....*

Tabs, you don't always need planning permission for an extension, have a look at this www.planningportal.gov.uk/england/genpub/en/1115315206572.htmlIt seems extremely unlikely that the local authority has never intervened if planning permission had been needed and pretty unlikely that your solicitor didn't pick it up when you bought the place. On the other hand, it does seem feasible that an unscrupulous little bloodsucker* might throw this at you to put you on the back foot before demanding a last minute price drop. Obv you need to check it out properly with your solicitor. *Disclaimer; clearly, when solicitors and others of the legal persuasion are working on MY behalf they are salt of the earth defenders of the oppressed and guardians of truth and light.

Thanks Veggiesosage! Yeah, Pob said all this to me at the time when I was having a small nervous breakdown over it all! Given that we are just about to exchange contracts (supposedly...), Im just gonna pay it and hopefully this will be it. Not exactly the best £120 I have ever spent but Oh Well...... Can I just say for the records that I have NEVER had a decent solicitor and that they are all c*nts. Thank you.

I am sooooo tired, only got 5hrs sleep last night so I'm now getting a migraine and my sinuses are so inflamed I can't breathe through my nose . I really need to try and get my health up a level atm because we just don't know when we'll get the call about Mr Fez's auntie . When it does happen I want to be able to go up and spend time with my lovely lil MIL to give her some support. The way I feel atm I won't even be fit for the funeral
