The question that has to be asked. I noticed it on another forum a while back and thought it was pretty interesting........... Soooooooo the question is, since becoming vegan have your poos changed, and if so for the better or worse? For all you shy ones, mine definitely have. Usually 2 or 3 visits a day for a number 2 and am in and out the toilet in a matter of seconds....... Not forgetting to wash my hands of course! ;D Definitely all the extra fibre and lack of decaying rubbish. I had noticed on the transition from omni to veggie it improved alot, but even more so in the transition from veggie to vegan. Go on, who's next? Don't be shy now! ;D

I will only say there has been a change for the better. I think its all the vile juices I drink.
At least we havent got big chunks of hamburger rotting away in our colons! Actually, we might still have I guess. Doesnt meat hang around for years?

Is quite an amusing post thats been going on for ages on another forum I use and often pretty graphic. While we're on the subject........ Eating beetroot and visiting the loo can be pretty disturbing! ;D ;D ;D

Drinking a bottle of Southern Comfort and visiting the loo can be disturbing too! lol
I have IBS so I can't really say if it's for the better or now, when the IBS is calmed it does seem to be for the better.

Actually, we might still have I guess. Doesnt meat hang around for years? Yep which is why omnis often have around a stone of mucoid plaque which is decaying flesh mainly rotting in their intestines. Around 4 months ago I had a colonic as part of my heavy metal poisoning treatment, and my naturopath said that she was disapointed at the lack of crap (excuse the pun) that came out ;D, although she wasn't disappointed really as she said there actually wasn't a load of rubbish in there due to me having not eaten meat for so long. Just goes to show how much junk in their trunk that omnis have! ;D

Had to laugh to myself this afternoon as was giving my colleague a meal break so had an hour in the ticket office.......... He's an omni and he spent half an hour of it in the bog and I could hear his farts!
Can think of better ways of spending my meal break.
What are these omni's missing out on........ Half an hour in the bog........... Sighs, then sniggers!
