Self raising flour (wheat flour, raising agents: monocalaium phospate,, sodium hydrogen carbonate), Vegetable Suet (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Vegetable Oil, Wheat Flour), Salt, Dried Herbs.
it looks it to me but its only marked veggie x

Looks vegan to me. It's easy to make your own though.
Dumplings: Serves 4 100g self raising flour 50g vegetable suet Half a teaspoon parsley Half an onion finely chopped (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Cold water to mix
Instructions: Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl add the cold water to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into 4 or 6 balls and place them into the stew or casserole 20-30 minutes before the end of cooking. (or put them in boiling water for 20-30 minutes).

ooh thanks for that! i have made my own before but i like quick fixes to keep for emergencies. im working full time for 2 wks soon and dh will still expect a home cooked meal lol!
