Unfortunately soya milk is renowned for curdling in coffee, its cos of the heat and the fact that its slightly acidic. I went to drinking black coffee for this very reason.
You can reduce it by not using boiling water (like you're suposed to with coffee anyway) and I found it better to put the soya milk in first.
Tea should be fine, I've never had soya milk curdle in tea.

Fab thanks, I'll have to start drinking tea - coffee will have to stay black then. I guess its not a bad thing as I'll drink more herbal teas.

I don't really drink tea or coffee as am a herbal person, but from what I remember "So Good" was pretty good for anti-curdling. Definitely tastes the nicest with or without tea or coffee.
In fact........ off to have some on some granola!

Warm the milk slightly before adding hot liquid and that should stop the curdling.

I rarely drink coffee but if I do I use the coffee machine and froth the milk so its a latte. I use Alpro and it never curdles.
