There is a thread on the other site called vegan alcohol that contains quite a few vegan drinks.
I've been emailing some breweries to get a list of ales that are vegan. Shepherd Neame bottled beers are vegan (but at the moment they should be boycotted, probably, as they are indiscriminately killing birds with netting at one of their pubs)

I found some vegan Sainsbury SO Organic wine. A bottle of red and a bottle of white (both from South Americe - Chile I think). They also now do an Organic Blond Ale (made by Wychwood whose other organic bottled beers are vegan, too, the rest of the Wychwood range aren't). Sainsbury also do a nice vegan organic cider.
Co-op do a nice vegan organic bottled ale, too.
Both places label their cans of lager as vegan or not, too.

On the isitvegan website it says that Budwiesers sister group own/have shares in SEA WORLD Am I just slow( no comments please lol) or is this common knowledge about Budwieser? So although it's vegan , I wont drink it anymore.

Anyone know which ciders are vegan? I tend to get the Sainsburys one which says vegan on it. Is Scrumpy Jack vegan? I never know which are ok in the pub on tap

The Westons bottled ones are and their Organic and Vintage ones are really nice. Watch out for the Vintage one though it'll blow your head off!
On tap Strongbow draught is vegan.
Re other beers, Batemans bottled ones are nearly all vegan I think, they have the Vegan Soc symbol on them.

I'm pretty sure it's not.
Carlsberg, Becks and Holsten are the three I generally go for as I know they are.
Bud is too, but I think they sponsor rodeo.

Stella isn't vegan. Neither is Kronenbourg. Most other lagers seem to be ok.

Yep, I've also heard that Stella and Kronenburg aren't vegan, and I've heard that Grolsch is.

Eek!
In the comments it says that Bulmers may use finings 'if they think a batch needs it'. If thats true then that would mean that we couldn't rely on it being vegan.
However, On Bulmers website they clearly state that they use filtration which is why people probably assumed it was vegan, including me.
Oh dear, what to do? Think I will probably email them myself to see what they say and make a decision what to do from there. If I get a response I'll put it up here.

Ive been having the Westons ciders or the one Sainsburys sell as their own organic one atcually made by Westons and cheaper - says vegan on the bottle I did think strongbow was vegan but im not that keen on it - westons is nicer IMO. Ive cut down a lot on my drinking since going vegan - I had a glass of wine out the other week that said vegan on the wine list but felt so ill after it - exactly the ill way i feel if i use to have egg products as a veggie before i found out i was very intollerant to egg. Im just sticking to co op wines now - seems safer!

I mailed Bulmers a while back, and they informed me that Strongbow is vegan, Strongbow Sirius isn't vegan and one other Strongbow drink isn't either. I can't remember the name of it, I think it was a higher % version or something.

That was from the wine manager at one of the larger stores!
