My wife & I love potatoes, so here I start a thread with recipes including them yummiers ;D
This was yesterday's dinner :Spinach sauce
5 spinach cubes 5 tomatoes a bit of soy milk
cooked for about 15 mins on medium to high fire.
blend into a puree
add garlic, black pepper, basil & curry
add 2 soy yogurts, cook for another 10 minutes, on medium fire
olive oil, 3 potaotes + 3 Sunchockes (aka Jerusalem Artichock) sauted for about 35 mns on medium to high fire, till’ they’re soft. At this stage, I added a few artichocke hearts from a can. Cook for another 10 mns on medium. Add water from time to time so potatoes don’t burn.
Enjoy !

It does.................it looks good with the potato slices! I love sauces over potatoes...........it's my favourite way to eat them (well apart from chips!)

That looks delicious. We usually eat our potatoes boiled and with a boiled or fried vegetable plus a veggie burger or sausage. I once made an onion sauce that tasted allright. I am not good at making sauces. Maybe I am not making them often enough.
