Some grapes, some fruit loaf bread, two satsumas, two peanut butter rolls, 3 "Free From"shortbread biscuits (very nice, but very crumbly) 3 Kallo dark chocolate rice cakes and a hot chocolate. Phew! Oh and 2 Alpro desserts (thanks Pob!) One chocolate (my favourite) and one vanilla. I *think* that's it

I been trying to be more healthy.
Now I'm working again it's nice to munch. And raw veg and fruit seems to work well.
I did quite well today except for the two pieces of cake. Dinner was:
2 Spring rolls, marinated tofu with veggies, seaweed and soy sauce, wholemeal noodles.
Oops. And half a bag of Asda Fruit Jellies.
They had blueberry juice and spirulina in them! Does that make them a healthfood?

Yesterday I had porridge made with soya milk, sultanas, dates and cinnamon, for lunge I went to Wetherspoons pub with Stevie and had the vegan curry (actually labelled vegan!!!!), tomatoes on toast for supper and half a box of Asdas after eight type chocs.
I am planning on being a bit more healthy today though. Porridge to start the day again!
