I often suggest using herbal teas to help with almost anything. A few here have suffered, recently or not, from stomach aches. I'v thereofre decided to complie some information and share for all to see. I will expand or edit as time permints. As it's presently late evening, I shall suggest a few easilly accessible herbs :
For any of these herbs, you can boil water and then put the amount - 1 teaspoon per cup - in the water, sit for 4-10 minutes and drink hottest you can bare. I'm not asking anyone to brun their mouths/ tongues, but it's important to use hot tea rather than cold, as they're more potent.
After this long intro, let's begin :
1-3. Mint, Perpermint, Calamint. Each of them tastes really good, even without any sugar or sweet. They heal many other illness, which I could develop another time. One suggestion, however : do not use it when you are on a homeopathic treatment. They contradict each other.
4. Vervain relaxes a lot, also can help to sleep and can be combined with the mints above.
5. Chamomile can have a little sour taste, but is very effective.
6. Melissa
7. Fenel. Yes yes, the seeds you can make teas with, or the fenel you buy to cook or add to salads. All of them help the digestive system and can also be used to fight the common cold, among other effects.
Had enough for the moment ? More to come from doctor wabbit... ;D
