When I moved I think I have a little splinter in the palm of my right hand which I can't see where it went in and have tried everything including salt water and clay poultices to get it out. Any tips people? It's really bugging me... Or will it just work its way out and disappear?!

stick your hand with the splinter in, into a bowl of hot water, the hotest you can stand, it helps loosenit. then it should just come out.
or dig it out with a streal needle.

Take Silica (Silicea) 30c four times a day for 3-7 days its a homeopathic remedy that is used to cause expulsion of any splinter or imbedded foreign object from the body. Obviously if you have any medical implant at all - dont use it
