I'm just wondering which vitamins/supplements everyone takes and how often?
Do you take some on a daily basis - or less regularly?
Another question - have you noticed a change in anything within yourself since taking a certain vitamin (or multivitamin) more regularly?

We take the Holland and Barrett vegan multi-vitamin(with iron, calcium, zinc as well as the usual vitamins), a kelp tablet(iodine), and an omega-3 capsule about 5 times a week.
I've started adding seaweed into stuff, so could probably drop the kelp tablet, but Tabs bought 70 gazillion years worth....

I just bought the DEVA multivitamin last week and I have to say that I think it tastes disgusting. Just the smell when I open the container is almost enough to make me vomit. Is that just me? I am confused by the info on the side of the container - Like it says 'one daily' on the front but then in the supplement facts it says things like vitamin B12 has 1666% daily value. Do we really need 1666%? If we have 1666% B12 every day doesn't that get too much? Maybe I need to read up more about vitamins but it totally confuses me how all the daily percentages different and how there is so much of some of them (I know we probably need more of certain vitamins but do we really need that much on a daily basis?).

I've never really noticed the taste - I just gulp it down with a swig of fruit juice. Their omega oil one is pretty disgusting though - tastes like rotting fish.
I don't think too much B12 will do you any harm. I'm not sure that the RDAs are an accurate representation of what we need anyway. I once read that the RDA for vitamin C is just enough to prevent you from developing scurvy, but is probably not enough for optimum health.

I have not taken any supplements for awhile. I used to take a Solgar multivitamin and vitamin C. I am considering taking them again on a daily basis, but I do not seem able to getting myself taking them. The multivitamin has big tablets I can only swallow after cutting them into little pieces. I did feel better then.
