Took the dogs on three brisk walks by the lake and woods near my house and said hello to the horses, goats and pigs that someone keeps as pets luckily.

On my run this morning, I was going through the nearby state park, it was barely starting to get light out. I looked over and thought I saw the white of a deer standing there watching me. Sure enough, there was. I got about ten feet from her before she walked off. It's funny, as I approach animals in the wild I say "it's ok, I'm vegan, I won't eat you".

I've done a lot of walking over the last weekend as have been out and about for the last few days going to visit relatives and house hunting etc etc as me and the bf are thinking about moving out of the ratrace to a more rural area.
I also have got back in to going to the gym and went to a yoga class last night and am thinking about going to either go to a Tai-Chi class at the gym tonight or Legs, Bums and Tums!
Can't quite make my mind up.

20 min walk yesterday afternoon with the dogs.
Legs, Bums and Tums class at the gym.
45 min walk in the evening with the dogs.
Am paying the price for it today though! Aching all over!

Don't ware yourself out Minxy 5 minute up hill walk on the treadmill, 5 min run, 10 Min's stepper, some weights and thats it. Been tired lately so cant be bothered to do to much.

i went for a 30min swim on monday played 1hr 10mins of squash last night (and won again ;D) and overslept by 2hrs this morning this excercise is not good for you ;D I need some scales i am interested as to what i weigh, so i can monitor my progress. if the weather stays dry i'll be out on the bike tonight if not will be squash or a swim ;D

played squash again tonight for 1hr 20mins, god do i ache already. and i lost undid my good work by going for a couple pints nevermind nobody is perfect

You all are inspiring. Inspiring me to stay immobile! If I start back up, I'll get all sore. Of course, that would be better than the achy and creaky I feel like right now. Bah! Someone motivate me to get to the gym.

Yesterday I had a 30 min walk with the dogs in the afternoon.
Hour in the gym: Fast hill walking on treadmill (steep incline) for 40 mins, 10 mins on bike, sit ups and stretches.
30 min walk with the dogs in the evening.

Just got back from yoga at the gym.
Having a yummy vegan spag bol at the mo, then off to take the dogs for a walk and get some zzzzzzz as up at half five tomorrow.......... Again!
