Love the ruched black boots Fez!! While Im thinking of it Feral, do you remember you bought those Croc shoes last year?? Were they any good? I need something comfy for work and I was thinking of buying them. (Much to Pobs horror - he would prefer to see my nurses uniform with heels and seamed stockings :

Tabs I can't recommend the crocs highly enough! They were originally designed for Italian nursing staff so should be suitable for your line of work. Lots of hospital staff are wearing them now. I've got my mum into them now and she loves them, I bought her another pair for Mother's day. I've noticed I really do get a lot less leg pain when I wear them, I'm just trying to decide what color to get my next pair in lol You should be able to find your local stockist through their site www.crocsfootwear.co.uk/

Cheers Feral. I nearly got some the other week, but I thought I would check with you first. I bought some cheap trainers yesterday and they are quite comfy, but ought to get something else really. I am quite lacking in shoes!

You're welcome petal . One piece of advice though, there seems to be loads of mock crocs out there for a lot cheaper. I wouldn't fancy them as I doubt very much that they have the orthopedic sole which is the best part of them

I ordered both pairs of boots with the 15% discount but then I had to bump it back up to the £50 to get free delivery (normally £6) so had to add on a bottle of faith in nature shampoo & conditioner and a bar of chocolate soap . Saved meself £15 all together with it all... and spend £50 The black boots should be great because they've a 2 1/2" heel so I shouldn't come home from dancing with broken feet I'm hoping they won't be too long so I can wear them with the tights you & pob sent me for Crimbo tabbit... think it'd be really cool to go salsa with a lil kitty peeping outta me boots ;D

Crocs are brilliant. I bought some for my daughter who is a mud-magnet. Everytime she wades through the mud, I can just run them under the tap and dry them on a towel.

On Oprah (or as the cat & I call her Opper) they told the story of the woman who invented the Jibbitz (accessories for crocs) www2.jibbitz.com/?x=c1 . She's an american lady and came up with the idea to decorate her daughters crocs. Everyone who saw them really liked them so she started making them at home and selling though local shops. The demand got so great that she had to open a factory. One day, one of her daughters went to the local pool where a man asked her what she had on her crocs, she told him and he gave her a business card to give to her mum. It turned out that he was Duke Hanson, the founder of crocs who bought the company off her for £10 million with another £10 million if they meet sales goals! www2.oprah.com/tows/slide/200702/20070202/slide_20070202_350_101.jhtmlSorry, I think my crocs obsession is showing

My order arrived from Alternative Soles ;D The boots are lovely, stink a bit of rubber but they should be ok when aired a bit. The Faith In Nature Jojoba shampoo & conditioner smells divine ;D
