I get a lot of mail regarding animals that need re-homing some of which are a matter of urgency otherwise they will be killed.
I will put all the requests here for people to see and pass on to anyone they think can help the animals. Hope other people can do the same aswell and post on here any animals they know are in need of re-homing.
So here goes
PLEASE FORWARD WIDELY TO ALL DOG LOVERS
Following our series of Christmas appeals for dogs in desperate need of good loving homes, we have now been alerted to 3 German Shephed dogs who could face possible euthanasia.
Sadly the owner of these 3 German Shepherd dogs has recently passed away. The wife of the owner who has recently separated from her deceased husband is presently caring for the dogs in the deceased's house, however the local council will obviously wish to retrieve the council property and the dogs will obviously be homeless. All the rescues are full in the area and none of the deceased's family can take the dogs on. This is a very sad case as obviously the dogs are pining for their owner and now face possible euthanasia if homes cannot be found. When SDGA heard that these dogs may be put to sleep we acted on it straight away. Here are the details of the dogs, unfortunately there are no photos available at the moment. The dogs are living in Filby in Great Yarmouth. Can you help please??
Sasha- 7 year old black and tan German Shepherd bitch. Good temperament, good with children but not to be re-homed with cats or other dogs. Not spayed.
Sabre- 10 year old black male German Shepherd dog with tan paws. Good temperament but not good with cats or other dogs or very young children as he gets nervous around them. Sabre can be nervous when you first meet him but soon warms to you. Neutered.
Sheba- 11year old black and tan German Shephed bitch. Good temperament. Good with children but not to be re-homed with cats or other dogs. Not spayed
If you can offer any of these dogs a home please contact Janet asap on 07919 831680
Many thanks
