My staffie Jed had an op last month to repair his cruciate ligament, he had bad tendon damage so has had a metal plate inserted and the bone had to be brken and reset, a complex major surgery job according to the vet. Recovery time is 6 months and hes having to live downstairs (luckily my rooms downstairs) he cant go for walks, climb steps or get on the sofa also is confined to his crate at night. Having said that he has got on well over the past few months, think these photos say it all! After op- Today - Vets again tomorrow Alison

Poor Jed, thats one big wound he had for his operation. He looks like such a lovely dog.
Glad he's on the road to recovery. Looks like he's healing well. Love the picture of him lying down with the toy. It looks so much better with his fur growing back.
