I really like it! I started off with a little hummus in the jacket shell and its nice as a meal with big salad

well we had mushroom stroganoff (sp?) for dinner and it was FANTASTIC!!!! got the recipe from the recipe section on here so thanking thee very much indeedy!!! (mind you... dint think daughter was too impressed, she took one sniff of it...picked the plate up and hurled it across the room,.. wasn't wasted though as henry the hoover - our dog, ate it up haha) and have just eaten an alpro chocolate dessert - YUMMMMYYYYYYY!!

nooooooooooooooo!!!! not chocolate deserts Ive had to ban myself from eating them as I cannot each just one. I eat a pack of four and then have to replace them before Pob realises! *Is a chocolate desert addict*

hehehehehe awwwww I am the same!!! they taste so good, one is defo not enough!!! I made some fruit scones last night, gave daughter half of one, gave hubby one and then I ate 6 ONE AFTER ANOTHER!

Well, from what I've heard, the body doesn't like having a load to process while it's sleeping. And if you eat a big meal in the morning, you have a bigger pool of energy and have a better chance to burn it than if you were sleeping. This is based purely on memory, so don't hold me responsible if I'm full of crap Lots of snacks and candy and stuff Frequently ate crap like noodles for lunch

Yeah, I think snacks are okay if you keep to the healthier stuff, for example: heavily processed doritos versus plain corn chips with homemade salsa and avocado (yum!) Anyway, back on topic now, sorry for the diversion
