Was fun when Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy incited the crowd to have a litter fight. Did that happen at Reading? Wish I could have got his toothbrush he threw into the crowd. Watch out for loads of fake ones on ebay ;D

I can't bring myself to cut my wristband off. Maybe I'll just wait until it wears out and falls off ;D

I can't bring myself to cut my wristband off. Maybe I'll just wait until it wears out and falls off ;D bit sad i know, but the first time i went to reading i wore my band for near enough a whole year ;D still wearing mine now actually, but minxy just slipped hers over her hand they're not supposed to be able to do that. But it's that small i could wear it around my thumb ;D

it wasn't quite a year, but that was my target i know i failed by maybe a month or so. One highlight i forgot to mention this year was the curry ;D Thai green curry at one place and then another which had three different curries and baghi, pakoras and somosas that were all vegan. ;D Curry+Grolsch+festival toilets =

OMG VBB you're crazy to eat curry with the toilets the way they were Well my wristband is off (that didn't last long did it ;D) but still in one piece as I managed to slide it over my hand. I'm going to save it and show my Grandchildren when I tell them *old crones voice* "The music you kids listen to is rubbish, not like in my day. Ah those were the days when we had proper good music" *puts on emo mix cd*

Not at the mo. I'm just reading about this idea how to get free tickets for gigs www38.websamba.com/carros2/free/tickets.zip You should download it and give it a go, seems like it could work. Don't worry mods, its all perfectly legal, I got it from ebay I would go and see The Cult with you if you weren't so far away

Cheers i'll download that later when i get home.
I'll have a look at when and where The cult are playing and let you know, i saw them a few years ago they are very cool.
(and Ian Astbury is an Everton fan which makes all the difference ;D)

I've only been to a few in the last few years as I've lost touch with most of the people I went with. Its a shame how friends drift apart when peoples lives change. I suppose I can take Kyle now he's into most of the same music but I love being in the thick of the mosh pit unless I can get right at the front. I don't like standing at the back, theres no atmosphere

VBB and Minxy did you see My Chemical Romance at Reading? I was just reading about how they got bottled by Slayer fans. Stupid f**kwits, why go see a band you don't like just to chuck stuff at them
