ok, i realise that this isn't necessarily nutrion per se, but its kinda related: Suffering from Hay Fever, i managed to accrue a nice natural pollen remedy- 'hurrah' the peasants did cry- only one problem - stupid stupid gelatin caps!! will the stuff still work if i just empty it out of the caps and into food/juice/smoothie?

It probably would be OK as have heard of some vegans doing the same.
A few other ideas that spring to mind as have had a quick flick through the net for hayfever are:
Nettle tea Quercetin Dandelion tea
Orrrrr, sounds daft but if you can get some flowers in dried form eg the dandelion tea and eat them as it has a homeopathic effect.... Treating like with like.

I'm trying the Quercetin atm, don't know if it's helping at all tbh although mine's perennial rhinitis so it's maybe not the right thing for it.
