Now as most of us know, the recommended daily intake of fruit and veg each day is 5 pieces. Now as vegans, most days a lot of us eat more than that, and as it's so good for you, thought it would be an idea to say how many and what fruits and veggies we eat per day. Don't think of it as a competition, where you have to out do each other, but think of it as a health challenge. I will post my day's fruit and veg intake tonight.

I used to get a great suppliment that was over 5 servings of fruit n veg it was live juice that had most of the fibre removed
it made a massive difference to me, got rid of my ulcer and I lost 2 stone in weight without any diets and my energy levels went up.
we cant get it in the UK anymore so Ive recently turned to juicing and its having the same effect again but I try to mix the varieties as I need different stuff each day
I found a great wholesale F&V place and its cheaper to buy in bulk
got a great juicer after I killed the cheapo one I bought
makes a big difference to the energy levels - even though I eat lots of raw F&V anyway

Know what you mean about cheap juicers though. I temporarily have a cheaper one as have broken 3 expensive ones in as many months, and while the cheaper one happens to be alot more sturdy, I don't get nearly as much juice out of it, so will get a decent one eventually!
