FRUITS, non-dairy milks and chickpeas are probably my favorites! tofu is great too!
(Haven't been vegan for much longer than a month yet, so I'm sure I'll find and develop many favorite vegan foods in the coming months!)

lindt bittersweet dark chocolate ( to die for ), the only non dairy chocolate i have ever had ( and trust me i've searched ), that tastes as good, if not better than dairy. chocolate rice, almond or soy milk ( as you can see i'm a complete chocoholic! ) and i've godda post at least one healthy food - yellow split lentils! cooked with onions and seasoned - it has an almost cheesy smell and taste - yummy! ;D there's so many, but can't think of anymore cos its late

I bought a bar of that at the Bristol Vegan Fayre. It didn't last very long! A plain chocolate version would rock, too

I used to love coconut ice (healthy!!!) I looked at the ingredients on one in the shops the other day and it lookes like it could possibly be vegan, but had a list of E numbers so I wasnt sure. Anyone know.

Does depend on what the E numbers are I thought it had egg white and/or glycerin in it. Who makes it?

This recipe looks really simple, and as long as the red colouring and sugar is vegan it will be vegan. I presume you could use the juice from a pack of beetroot as the red colouring. dessert.allrecipes.com/az/CcntIc.asp
