i try to drink 6 cups a day. i think 8 is probably better. well that's what they say anyway.

I try for at least 4 pints as pure water as herbal/fruit teas I avoid caffine as its so bad
I like my own lemon tea with ginger real lemon - 1 per pint with grated or juiced ginger

I drink 8 big mugs. Well, with tea and lots of soya milk added I drink between 500 ml and 1000 ml when training though.

I drink loads of water!
With either coffee or rooibos tea and sugar added to it though, have to admit. Funnily enough, I can't just drink a glass of water, makes me feel sick.
