OK, this thread is to see how much water we drink in a day....... and nooooo this doesn't include tea, coffee or soft drinks, just herbal tea and water. I myself drink around 3.5 litres a day if I include my few cups of herbal tea and the rest is plain water. Always feel headachey, thirsty and dehydrated with any less and water is a good cleanser. Who's next?

I probably drink about 2 litres plain water, then I will have about a pint and a half of veggie juice (gag), maybe a couple cups herbal tea or barleycup. Dont drink much fruit juice but occasionally will.

I only drink herbal tea and water, occasionally a fruit juice. I'm not generally very thirsty, I have to force myself to drink sometimes.

Amazingly, I drink none. I cannot stand the taste of it. People say it doesn't have a taste, but everything must have a taste.

You two ought to get a distiller, and purify your own. Water is delicious when it isn't full of chemicals and pipe residues. I've gotten hooked on Metromint, which probably isn't available in the UK. Its water with a bit of peppermint in it, unsweetened, and its really good.

People say it doesn't have a taste, but everything must have a taste. hear hear (/here here?) chenli - couldn't agree more; i probably drink about 1.5-2 litres of water a day, but cannot stand tap water on its own and have to use cordial (natural of course ;-D) - i quite like evian, but for both economic and environmental reasons i'm not going to go out and buy 14 litres of the stuff each week does anyone use a britta filter? i was thinking of getting one when i go to uni, see if it can cut down the cordial bill (and sugar intake ;-) ) ali

Yes, Saucyvegan, water is terribly boring! I struggle to drink water, feel it all sloshing around!
Im making more of an effort though, I know its so good for me!
Cant stand the constant peeing though!
