Brilliant Lydia. We can share tips. I did 8 days straight and then erm, lapsed but at about 60-70% raw now and increasing slowly. Do you feel more energised since going raw? I know I feel alot better for it.

Ive picked up a tip to make raw sprouted hummus even more healthy - make it add some spinach leaves or lots of fresh parsley. It adds an extra boost of iron etc without effort. Or add some sprouts to it, say alfalfa when the sprouts have green leaves.

Mmm! That sounds nice. Will stick some spinach in mine when I get my raw chickpea sprouts at the weekend and mix it up as now have managed to get some raw tahini.
Popeye.......... Here I come!

Well, being winter it was definitely impossible to go raw 100%, but I've decided to increase my raw lifestyle and have just started doing about 60% raw at the mo.
Bought some radishes yesterday at my naturopaths recommendation as they're supposed to be a really good lymph cleanser so gonna try them with my carrot juice later.

Sadly, I did not do so well with the raw thing. Er, well, I didn't put in the effort I should have. Ended up with a lot of boring salads. I would like to give it a go again, perhaps after the holidays. Trouble is, I have a hard enough time making regular food for myself. Congrats to you all, though!
