As most vegans know, B12 is the main vitamin that can lack in a vegan diet. How do you get your source. Post here to let others know.

I have heard that you can get your B12 from your diet if you have sufficient amounts of certain foodstuffs but I play it safe and take a B12 tablet every day and suggest others so the same.

I tend to drink those emergen-c sachet powder drinks you dilute with water. It has alot of vitamins and minerals, plus 666% I think of the RDA of B12. You can get different flavours, but I prefer the raspberry or cranberry.

I've always been a vegan and I've never had to have any vitamin supplements and I'm very healthy. Yay. I must just eat the right kinds of food.

All my life I've been prone to colds, so I always take a daily multi-vitamin which includes B12. SevenSeas do one approved by the vegan society.

A number of the foods I eat are enriched with B12, and they are not foods made for vegans, so making sure we get enough B12 isn't just an issue for vegans, it seems to be an issue for everyone.
Inside your intestines there are friendly bacteria that manufacture B12, but if you have ever had a course of antibiotics you may not have them anymore.

The subligual stuff is very expensive and I cant find chewable ones anywhere.

"Quest Multinutrients - Super Once A Day", although, for me they're 'once-every-other-day'
amongst other things they've got 50 milligrams of B12 (5000% RDA), I'm guessing not all of that's bio-available
