Im intollerant to egg white and dairy, cashews and bananas! the egg and cashews is a really strong one and the dairy and banana is milder. Found out via a York labs test - I allready knew something wasnt right - use to have asthma as a kid and i cut back on dairy - have had soya milk for years as a veggie and only had cheese odd bit of milk. Cream and mayo use to make me sick and I had IBS bad. The test made me determined to quit my cheese addiction and go vegan then i went to the Birmingham vegan fair and met some great vegans who helped me finally go vegan (along with all the yummy food i tried!) Im miles better now ;D IBS very occasional, skins clear, lost 4 stone, loads more energy ;D much happier now im vegan I do miss cashews as they made a great nut roast, i do have the odd banana in a smoothie, seem ok with those? I sure feel healthier and happier as a vegan ;D

Unfortunately having ME/CFS I tend to develop sensitivities to any food I eat too often, I try and rotate my foods but it's difficult when you open soy milk which only lasts 3 days, I try to stick to rice milk as I think I've less chance to reacting to it than the soy. I can't have acidic foods due to IBS & Migraine, and tend to have yeast overgrowth which aggravates my psoriasis. Unfortunately I haven't seen any improvement since going vegan.

I used to be allergic to Raspberry colourings and flavourings, but I've grown out of it.

I had hayfever as a kid and I still have hayfever many many years later.
As for the IBS I still have that too.
Veganism has had no effect either way

I used to get the worst runny nose and sneezing the first week of May, every year. As a vegan, it hasn't happened at all. Are the two connected? I'd like to think so. Perhaps the resources my body used to summon to get rid of animal products have now been redirected to fighting off the allergens.

I'm allergic to grumpy vegans ;D don't ever go to work with me then. I used to be allergic to some laundry soap my mom bought, but that's no longer an issue with the vegan soap I get.

Oh wait, I think if I get around enough feathers I may have a reaction. Um, my skin is sensitive to lots of products--mainly body oils.

Yes! My first time I get to moderate someone and it's you! *grabs rotten fruit from basket* Guess what I'm going to say...it involves using asterisks and other symbols in place of certain things.... ;D How much do you love me right now?
