If you do, and are annoyed at having to bring a list of unsafe e-numbers every time you go shopping, you're in luck! I took the list, split it up into three bits (there's a limit on the size of text files that can be in there) and added a spiffy "next" link to the bottom of each ;D Here are the files (in a zip archive): this.is/neptunus/enumbers.zipJust unzip and pop into your iPod's "notes" folder. Oh, and I guarantee there are no malicious files, just a list of malicious food items. *grins* Enjoy ;D

Ohh! That's useful! I really hate all those damn e-numbers.. I kept wondering how to have a list of them you could take out, without it being in a big paper book form. . .. Now I'm just stuck with the problem of not having an iPod. *cries* They should have to write down what they are on the ingredients label.. .

Yeah, you're right. Perhaps some day, in the future, people will abolish e-numbers. For now, having a list is the best we can do. Ah, and I should probably link to the original list, here is it! Credits go to maisiepaisie for the link.
