Lunch - pitta with salad and Linda McCartney sausages and jalapeno and tomato relish, for dinner having veggie meatballs stew and veg, had a latte with soya milk earlier - did it today without even thinking about it - just realised now! Its not that hard then really! Well I say that - let see how I get on without cheese when I make the proper transfer from veggie to vegan!

Best of luck! You'll get there. It really is a case of habit, once you get into the swing of things its second nature.
There are much better veggie sossies around then L Mc though, Try the Fry's ones (available in Holland and Barett amongst others) and the Viana ones (which you can get in Rosemary's Health Foods in Nottm).

I love the spices of the Linda McC ones though. Rosemary's Health Foods - where abouts is that in Nottingham? I tend to live in Holland & Barrett so a new health store I've not seen - how exciting

Rosemary's is on that little street just off Clumber St, not sure what its called.
While I'm here there's also the Wholefoods shop on Mansfield Rd (think thats what its called anyway, I tend not to look up at the sign when I go in), that has quite a lot of useful stuff.

Well done! Seriously, keep hummus in the fridge with lots of organic carrot sticks and loverly snacks and you'll not miss the cheese.. I lived on hummus & grated carrot wraps for the first while now I love redwoods cheezily with onion on a toasties, the red one tastes just like cheese when done like this.
