It also puts all that whinging from scientists about all the red tape in a different light.

Words fail me. Everyone in the world should rise up against the horror of animal testing! "People are unaware of the animal suffering behind the headlines.” Maybe some of them are unaware. I mean, who would think that any kind of food needs such invasive testing? !!!! but a lot of them dont "want" to know the suffering. I talked to some moron at work the other day who said that as long as she didnt see the turkeys she was alright about eating them. If she saw them she would feel so sorry for them she wouldnt be able to eat them. FFS!!!! Also if the media would publicise things like this more often instead of concentrating on so called animal rights "thugs" then maybe more people would think be more aware.
