From League Against Cruel Sports
Mitsubishi Motors will make a £15 donation to the Countryside Alliance or the Game Conservancy Trust (GCT) for every one of their members who test drives a Mitusbishi until the end of September.
TAKE ACTION
Email Mitsubishi Motors today to voice your objection to its support of the bloodsports industry and let them know you will not buy a Mitsubishi whilst it continues to subsidise slaughter.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was shocked to learn that Mitsubishi Motors is giving a donation to the Countryside Alliance and Game Conservancy Trust for each member who test drives a Mitsubishi.
In supporting these organisations, Mitsubishi Motors is contributing to the bloodsports industry and I wish to draw your attention to the following facts about the industry:
According to extrapolations from the GCT's own figures over 12,000 animals are trapped, snared, shot, poisoned or clubbed to death every day on shooting estates.
It has been reported that between 2001 and 2006, 251 raptors, including five golden eagles, are known to have been deliberately killed in Scotland alone. Much of this bird of prey persecution is linked to shooting estates as recent prosecutions have shown.
At the start of this year's grouse season the poisoning of the only breeding female golden eagle in the Borders close to a grouse moor sparked international outrage.
In aligning itself with the Countryside Alliance and the GCT, Mitsubishi Motors is alienating the millions of people who love wildlife and the countryside, but oppose the killing of animals for fun. I will not consider purchasing a Mitsubishi whilst this support of the bloodsports industry continues and I urge Mitsubishi to rethink its involvement with an industry which thrives on slaughter and suffering.
Yours sincerely,
[Your name]
Many thanks for your support!
