I have met a lovely lady on a demo who does this and she finds it very rewarding and successful work.
Best way to educate people in to ethical matters is when they are young.

Ive seen these days advertised but never managed to get to one. I work in a college and support students in cookery classes. I try to bring up certain subjects like veganism and encourage healthy eating - new bunch are keen on fruits which is a positive start. I get some students asking questions - I think it would be a very rewarding job Alison
