My mum says she'll think about letting us have a couple of chickens.
We both want to, but the trouble is we already have an elderly male rabbit free in the garden (put away at night)
he's unnutered (as theres a 50% death rate) so he could be terratorial. We've had him in the garden for 6 years now since our neighbour rescued him
so problems chickens could cause:
#their clucking will attract foxes, putting the rabbit at increased risk #they might not get on with the rabbit #they might fly over the fence which is 5-6ft high
if any of you can think of solutions to these problems that don't affect the rabbit please tell me cos we would love to help a few hens.
