Vigil at Dalehead Foods slaughterhouse
Cambridge Road, Linton, Cambridgeshire
Saturday 9th December, 2pm – 6pm
Bring candles in jars if possible. If coming from Cambridge by car take A1307 towards Haverhill. After 'Four Went Ways' roundabout at Abington carry on for another 3 miles. Shortly after Hildersham turn on left there is a layby just before the slaughterhouse where I suggest people park their cars. If coming by No13 bus from Cambridge, alight at Hildersham turn and walk the short distance. I would urge people to please try to come to this demo whilst the incident is still fresh in people's minds. The Foods Standards Agency have referred the matter to DEFRA for possible prosecution.
