Useful website, I've just come across, which tells you how ethical companies are. Turns out (although of little surprise to me) that Ecover fares nearly as badly as standard companies. Bio-D seems to come up trumps alot of the time though: www.ethiscore.org

Are you a member Tigs? You can adapt the ratings that matter to you if you are eg give preference to animal rights.
Ecover are owned by the same company that owns Group 4 security, you know the lot that used to lose prisoners and do a lot of the head bashing for the Tory Government during the 90s.

Ooh, I didn't know that. Thanks Sosage. Will see if I can work out how to join up. Only found it by chance by looking on Google who sold Bio-D products and this site flagged up.

Unfortunately it costs money to join up. I subscribe along with me Ethical Consumer subscription, you get a bit of a discount if you do them together.
You get access to loads more reports too.
