Well, I've been a busy bunny searching out courses for my new career path and have loads scheduled for the next month:
Have found a decent naturopathic nutrition course (after dropping out of the anti vegan one last year) which I start this month, plus have also booked a refresher Reiki 1 and 2 course, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling Course for the start of May. Have found a site which do some great vegan ear candles.
Am hoping that with my reiki, hopi ear candling and Indian Head Massage that I'll be able to set up a mobile holistic business in the next few months after I've practiced on some people and add extra therapies as I go along, such as the nutrition.
Hopefully, although I'll be starting part time I'll have my own business up and running properly within the next year or 2 and have enough clients to quit my horrid shift work job!

That sounds like a great plan. What happens if you are expected to recommend non-vegan based diets to people on or after your course? Will you do it, or are you planning to specialise in vegan nutrtition only?

Thanks both of you! That means alot. Am really looking forward to being able to help people's health out and get out of shift work and actually have a vocation rather than a job.
With regards to the vegan diet one, it's a very tough question. I left my previous course as the lecturer slated veganism.
However I've decided that when I've qualified from this one, which has a section on veggie and vegan diets...... Yay, the best solution is to cater for everyone and I realise I won't be able to convert everyone and would respect their opinion to do so (even though we all know different) but would encourage and teach them about the benefits of going vegan or at least veggie or even just cutting out alot of meat and dairy from their lives.

That makes sense. Every non-meat meal is a life spared. Good luck with your business. It's got to be better to do something you believe in and enjoy, than slaving away at ... whatever it is you're currently slaving away at.
