I'm very cynical about stuff like this...but if they are doing taster sessions you may as well go try it. Although, unfortunately, you will never be able to know what the long term results will be from a couple of trial sessions

Il try the free session but cant see how these 10 min sessions equate to an hours cardio as a lot advertise be fun to try tho Was thinking of re joining the gym nearest to work but its min of 12 months for £300 or if you pay by direct debit it works out £400 a year. Think it will have to be walking the 3 miles home from work for me then! much cheaper for cardio!

I had a look at the link and I'll be even harsher: I think it's a load of bollox. To me it's similar to those big belts with patches with electrodes attached to it (Argos still sells them! ). You put the belt on, stick the patches on different parts of your body, and press the 'on' button - and voila, ten weeks later you're fit, strong and ripped like a body builder - NOT. I reckon the one and only way to get fit and strong really is good old exercise. Sorry, like I said I know this might sound harsh, but I hate to see people getting ripped off.
