my weekend hasn't been very healthy at all, i have been out drinking twice - in total i think i have had 1bottle red wine, 9 pints of lager, 6 shots of vodka. i have eaten out twice, and cooked two meals at home chips+beans, and a balti. so it seems i have undone the three nights of excercise i did last week . start again tomorrow

I went to the gym today, first time in months ;D
I weighed myself i am 79kg, which is only about 4kg above my normal weight so was pleased with that (but i guess the fat/muscle ratio might be a little different ;D)
anyway chest/tricep day today:-
10min run 10kph 1% incline 1000m row in 4mins chest press 2 sets of 10 with 20kg dumbells, 1 set of 8 with 16kg dumbells. dumbell flys 3 sets of 10 with 8kg tricep extensions 3 sets of 12 with 8kg cable tri ext. 3 sets of 15 with 50kg
ok well knackered now, the chances of being able to walk or pick anything up tomorrow are slim ;D

5mins @10kph on runner 10mins on bike 10mins on x-trainer 3x10 reps @ 55kg lat pull down 3x10reps @ 14kg upright row 3 x 10 reps @ 8kg bicep hammer curls 3 x 10 reps @ 25kg bicep curls on cable machine Abs

15mins on Xtrainer 5mins on runner (stopped cos i hurt my calf) 15mins on bike military press 2 sets of 10 reps with 12kg, 6+8 reps with 16kg front raises 30 x 8kg side raises 10 x 8kg leg press 20 reps with 75kg, 20 reps with 85kg
10min swim

Everyone is doing so well. I havent done any exercise for a week I will make the effort tonight as my tummy looks a little squishy, yuk.

chest / triceps wgt 79kgs 10min run 10min on bike 67 press ups (moved them to start of workout to see how many i could do with up coming competition , might be a bit late to worry about it ) bench press 5reps with 18kg dumbells, 2x8reps with 16kg dumbells 3x8reps flys with 8kg dumbells 3x10reps tricep ext with 8kg dumbells 3x12reps tricep cable ext with 50kg Abs

I did some crunches, tricep dips and some bum work. Went out for a 40 minute walk with the kids. Not much i know but better than last week. I am at work today so no excuse not to work out.
