we gather the best brands of vegetarian (vegan) meat and non-dairy milk-products worldwide to be able to inspire the big food-companies worldwide and encourage them to make best veggie-meat available for everyone. So if you know great brands of veggie-meat made of seitan, tofu, tempeh or soya meat (tvp), please tell me. I looked at the website and it has a section on cultured meat. This is a good idea for animal welfare I suppose but it doesn't change the fact that eating meat is unhealthy! Really quite a disgusting idea when you think about it.
I like cauldron marinated tofu pieces, they have a nice texture and many people who don't like the plain tofu varieties like this. Any firm tofu is usually fine in my opinion. I prefer dried tvp to the frozen variety made by Realeat.
Alpro soya yoghurt is really nice in my opinion. They also make nice custard. Their soya milk isn't the nicest but they have a good GM/rainforest policy so I buy it.
Melting 'cheese' made by redwoods is better than the other stuff - don't like any of them that much though, the flavours aren't great.
