Womble, cant you at least make an effort to impress the new ladies. After all, men are in a minority on this forum. You could be in with a chance with some of the friskier females if you change your ways a bit. That SaucyVegans anyones you know.

What has changed since i'm vegan are my relations. Since, i'm alone, no friends. I was with a girl instincto for some months, but it was not the same thing. So, since i'm vegan, i would say that i've the time! Also, i see much better that we are not alone on Earth. I consider animals much more as my brothers and sisters. My diet is also considerably lighter, so i feel free.

Funny thing is that I have "lost" friends and family since I became vegan as well. Well, more avoid coming around to the house.
Since becoming vegan and an animal rights activist my whole life has changed. My old friends think I have gone bonkers and my new friends feel more like family.

Since becoming vegan and an animal rights activist my whole life has changed. My old friends think I have gone bonkers and my new friends feel more like family. I'm in touch with that. It's amazing how much closer you feel to people when we have such a major thing in common. Everything else is miniscule in comparison. Trouble is that my wife doesn't want to know any of my new friends, and I'm generally trouble to our omni friends...

About the time i went vegan i made several changes to my life, all of which had a positive effect, so collectively i feel alot different.
about the time i became vegan, i gave up drugs (smoked alot of dope) and seriously cut down on my drinking (honest this is a sober me ;D), began excercising (don't worry that one didn't last).
At the time i also started a serious relationship and changed jobs and bought a house. All this happened in about a 12mth period.
These days i am so much more at piece with everything around me, so to me both physically and spiritually veganism is so positive ;D
Also, it has made me re-evaluate friendships but i see this also as positive.

Since becoming vegan, My asthma has disappeared, My hayfever has gone, I've lost a little weight, and I'm no longer consti-poo'd. Oh, and my family all think I've finally lost the plot.

Can't say that much has changed really, apart from the fact that I can tell people that it isn't right to eat and use animals without looking like a dickhead when they ask if I eat meat/wear leather

A lot has changed, this has also to do with the fact that I was just about entering my teenage years when I decided to go vegan (previously being "semi" vegetarian, eating fish but no land animals. I feel sick about it, but I guess I just didn't know better). I've: ~ Become slimmer, lost my childhood chubbiness ~ Started actually looking into what I'm eating. Turns out, when I was a "vegetarian", I ate things with meat in them without knowing. Gelatin, a certain packaged sauce, et-cetera. *looks slightly ill* ~ I've become more sure of myself and my feelings towards life, the universe and everything. ~ I've become taller. Okay, that's because I was very young, but it doesn't matter. *grins*
A lot of other things about me have changed, mostly because of my age at the time. I do think I've become more cynical, but that may also be because I'm sixteen. Nobody understands me! I lack socks! Woe is me!
