No, I haven't told her about the forum. When she was lecturing and she saw me raise my hand to answer, she turned her back on me and that's the only contact I've had with her.
Basically the place is run by her, so it's a bit hard for me to do anything about complaining. She does have a thriving practice as well as running the courses but I agree AC, what she is saying about the vegan diet is professionally wrong.
The trouble is with holistic courses, they can be run by anyone who sets them up basically so there isn't really an educational body I can go to.
All I know is that it pees me off to be spending £100 for one day a month at the place and having to do the coursework at home. If she's coming out with crap like that about veganism, what other unreliable stuff is she going to be teaching us?

I woke up this morning and was supposed to go to college and just thought, I can not be bothered with anti-vegans like that so have cancelled my direct debit and found a brilliant part distance learning diploma which looks very similar which I will hopefully start next next month. The place looks pretty good so will post the link in case anyone else is interested in doing any course in alternative medicine: www.natnut.co.uk
