Yesterday I tried a new restaurant for lunch in Stratford uopn Avon and had a Lohan Clay Pot " tofu, mushrooms, toms, beansprouts, cauli, pak choi slow cooked in a claypot" with coconut rice - was really nice, they had several more Malasian dishes on the evening menu that were vegan Also had a roasted vege and bean buritto wrap from the health shop - brought home for tea. Just had vanilla glace and a slice of choc cake for lunch - unhealthy i know but what i fancied!

I couldn't be bothered to cook a proper dinner. I'm having a bowl of quinoa with a few spices and veggies chucked in. Chuck some rhubarb crumble this way Tabs, it's my fave.

Make that three. Love the stuff.
I had burgers for dinner, and ice cream with cinnamon sugar for dessert. Scrumptious!
