I think Ricky Jervais was very good on the 11 o'clock show. I'm just not so keen on the "make you feel awkward" comedy. I don't like Mr Bean, but I think Rowan Atkinson is awesome.

I prefer to waste my time on the internet :> Yeah me too. I stopped watching Corrie coz I missed loads of episodes while I was at the gathering. The only thing I'm addicted to is Reality TV. I love Cheaters, Beyond Belief and Animal Miracles. Does anyone know if you can still pick up Reality TV through the Sky digibox if you don't subscribe? It used to be possible but now its changed names to Zone Reality, I wanted to check before I cancel as this is the only channel I watch.

Don't know about the Sky digibox maisie, could you ring up the company and enquire? I do quite like a bit of reality TV. I don't watch the British stuff like Big Brother, but the US shows such as 'World's Wildest Police Chases' and 'Sporting disasters' etc are interesting. These were the only good things on TV in America, the TV over there is really bad!! How was the gathering btw, did you play any football?

Don't know about the Sky digibox maisie, could you ring up the company and enquire? Best not to do that. I'm not sure if they know people can get it without paying. I've also had The Horror Channel without paying too How was the gathering btw, did you play any football? The gathering was awesome. I wanted to stay there forever. Glad your holiday was good too. I didn't play football but I did watch when there was nothing else to do.

Gordon Ramsey's F word - watched this sickening program last night. Lots of chopping up animals and cooking them and he was feeding beer to a pig (in the hope that it would produce better meat) and swearing at the poor thing, before joking that it was drunk. Not a nice man. It also featured that Big Brother presenter who I don't like sniggering with Ramsey as he was presented with bull and rabbit's testicles to eat on camera. They were laughing about him doing work for testicular cancer charities.
Crap television at its worst.

[quote author= No easy task either....i mean....Delia Smith...Jamie Oliver...Anthony Worral-PosionDwarf..Ainsley Harriot..Gary Rhodes... the list of savage hard-as-nails celebrity chefs is endless You missed out the sickest of all - Hugh Fearnley Wittingsall (or whatever his name is). He justified killing some pigs at the end of his show by saying he gave them enjoyment in their life before he killed them and they gave him enjoyment by allowing him to make a nice meal for his friends. So it is all happy in the end.

Actually, I think I remember watching Howards Way when I was a young kid. Was it something to do with boats, or people living on boats? I vaguely recall a female character called 'Jan' and the main 'Howard' bloke dying or being killed. This is going back a long time for me though, so my memory will be very hazy. My parents used to watch it.
Another series I remember from being a kid in the 80s is Dempsey and Makepeace. I used to love the opening credits as they featured a great car chase scene and a car doing a 'barrel roll'.
Memories!! ;D

I was reading up about 'The A Team'. Now, let ie be known, it was one of my all time favourite shows as boy, but it is hilarious looking back at it know.
There was always the stock formula for the show. EVERYTIME, they found themselves trapped in a barn, garage, shed with loads of tools etc so they coud build a super custom tank to save the day. I always accepted it before but it is funny. I still love the show though - but it will probably be ruined if I watch repeats. LOL

I used to love The A - Team!! Actor Dwight Schultz who played Face Man is apparently vegan too. I saw an interview with him a couple of years ago where he said he had adopted a new healthy living plan and 'didn't eat any animal products'. Knightrider was another favourite of mine aaa, they don't make 'em like they used to ;D
