OK, everyone should take some time out whether they are male or female to pamper theirselves each day......... Whether it's a nice soak in a bath, exercise, walk, sauna, haircut, manicure, etc etc. We should all take some time to chill out and relax away from the pressures of modern society and unwind. Here's the place to compare tips, give ideas and tell others what you do to relax on a daily basis.

I dont do it much these days, but the river is just a stonesthrow from my house. I can see it from my lounge window and it is very calming. If Im stressed I walk very slowly by the side of the river. When I get to the end of the path I sit on the gate and just think good thoughts. Then I usually get knocked over by galloping dogs on theway back!!!

Yesterday I pampered myself in the morning as I had a soak in an epsom salt bath which is excellent for drawing out toxins and impurities, then in the evening I jumped in the sauna and had a good old detox and sweat in there, before having a nice hot shower.
Felt much better after it.

Sounds nice Tiggs! ;D I have not pampered myself today, sadly. I really, really, really need to get thyself to a massage therapist to take care of my back. I keep putting it off. Also a bit scared as I've never been before.

Your best bet would be word of mouth or look for qualifications. There ARE some excellent osteopaths and chiropractors out there, but look around.
Today I had a nice looooooong soak in the bath, did my eyebrows and had a sauna. Actually that was yesterday now.

Sauna sounds nice, Tiggs. I think I will work on finding the right naturopath first, then ask for recommendations. We have a small magazine out out called Natural Awakenings and there are tons of ads in there for doctors of all kinds, mostly of the homeopathic nature and such. Just have to find the right one. I'll have to find some new people to speak to and get word of mouth, as most people I do know here go to regular doctors and all that. Today I did nothing for myself! ;D
